ViVibe Platform Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the ViVibe platform and related services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

We collect, store, and process personal information, including but not limited to your name, profile information, application details, and visa-related documents, solely for the purpose of providing our platform services, matching assistance, and consultation services.
Your information is protected through appropriate technical and organizational security measures and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is necessary to process visa-related services or fulfill requests authorized by you.
2. Service Terms and Disclaimer
ViVibe operates solely as an online platform provider and preparation consultancy service.
ViVibe is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, or labor placement service. We do not recruit employees, arrange employment contracts, or guarantee job placements, host family placements, admissions, visas, or any specific outcomes.
Any matching, communication, agreements, or arrangements between Au Pairs, host families, employers, educational institutions, or other users are made independently by the parties involved.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating opportunities, conducting their own due diligence, and making informed decisions.
ViVibe shall not be liable for any disputes, disagreements, losses, damages, or claims arising from relationships, agreements, or interactions between users and third parties.
3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
ViVibe offers various service packages, which may include:
- Access to platform databases and matching tools
- Consultation services
- Visa preparation assistance
- Application support services
- Other related services
The applicable fees for each package will be clearly displayed on the relevant order or payment page at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Policy
All fees, service charges, and package payments are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once:
- Access to the platform, database, or digital resources has been granted; or
- Our team has commenced consultation, application review, document preparation, visa assistance, or any related professional service.
This policy applies because our services involve the provision of specialized knowledge, professional expertise, digital resources, and consulting services that cannot be returned once delivered or made available.
4. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Maintain respectful and lawful communications
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Users must not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
- Send obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Infringe upon the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others
- Misuse the messaging system or platform services
ViVibe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice.
In such cases, no refund of fees or charges will be provided.

ViVibe reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
